For the past 20 years, CIELO has served a growing Latino immigrant population in the South Puget Sound region. We provide mental health counselingsexual assault survivor advocacy and counseling, and a wide range of educational programs to Spanish-speaking families and other underserved people. We also provide information and referral services and cultural activities in a welcoming, safe and supportive environment. CIELO is the only bilingual/bi-cultural agency in this area. Last year we served over 300 individuals with a limited staff and over 50 volunteers. 90% of the people we serve are low-income.

CIELO’s mission is to promote community, self-sufficiency, and leadership through our programs. Our goal is to help people acquire the knowledge and skills they need to overcome barriers and build bridges to a stable, resilient, and productive future for their families. CIELO is a bridge to that future.
