District Governor Tom Carroll visits HPR

2017-2018 Rotary District 5020 Governor Tom Carroll and wife Laurie visited HPR, the Club he first joined Rotary with.  He spoke about changes in Rotary International and District 5020 nneded to address changes in society and declining membership.  Asst DG for Area 13, Jonathon Sprouffske presented the Club  with two banners for 100% Sustaining membership and high average per capita giving.
