West Bay Yards

West Bay Yards is a five-building mixed-use project that includes over 470 units of rental housing and 20,000 square feet of commercial space.  It will be located on the former Hardel property on West Bay Drive in Olympia.  It represents a $200 million investment and will be constructed in three phases.  West Bay Yards will include a new restaurant and retail opportunities, multiple public access amenities, and significant environmental remediation.  The City’s hearings examiner recently rejection an opponent’s appeal of the City’s SEPA determination.
