Chris Richardson, Managing Dir, Chehalis Tribe

Chris Richardson, Managing Director, Chehalis Tribal Enterprises will be speaking this Friday the 2nd of October at noon on the Chehalis Tribe’s past, present, and future enterprises. He will speak to Tribe’s people, history, and culture, especially has how the tribe plans for future development to create opportunities for partnerships with local governments and private businesses. Chris may even reveal their next big project. Most importantly, Chris wants to hear comments from our members who are leaders in government and business.

Chris is a key team member for the Chehalis Tribe's strategic planning and development of new enterprises. Chris is the operational officer responsible for the Tribe's 3 branded gas station, c-stores, an 8a construction company, and the new Talking Cedar Distillery Brewery. As a certified public accountant and a past finance officer of several companies, Chris' career has been in Indian Country for the past 20years serving in various management roles in Tribal enterprise and Tribal government. He is currently enrolled in the WSU EMBA program graduating in December 2020. Chris volunteers on several boards including the BBBS Board, POCAC, and the SPSCC Foundation Board.

He lives with his 2 college-age daughters near Black Lake, Olympia. Chris is an enrolled member of the Chehalis Tribe.
