Noel Ostrander's Installation on 06-30-3016

Noel Ostrander and his new Board of Directors for 2016-2017 was installed at the Upper Clubhouse at Links Golf Course on June 30, 2016/ He succeeds Dave Newkirk, now Immediate Past HPR President.
